Dammit! Why did I stop updating this? I was just reading it through it and realized that I don’t even care if anybody was reading this, but it was good I blogged because there were some things I had forgotten about. Well, after Bali, I was definitely too busy to blog and now I regret it a little. I am going to try to remember the rest of the trip in one post LOL but it will be hard - it’s the end of September and we got back in May lol.

Bali was great, we were there for about 6 days and we wished we stayed longer. The beaches weren’t as nice as Thailand but they had big waves and we got surfing lessons. We also did white water rafting, lots of shopping, a crazy waterpark, an island tour, more surfing, etc.

After Bali, I’m pretty certain the only other place we visited in Asia before heading back to Europe was Thailand again. We went for Songkran which is their new year and it was INSANE. Don’t make plans to go anywhere (except maybe the beach) and don’t wear nice clothes. Not only will you get soaked (it’s basically a gigantic water gun fight that EVERYONE participates in) you get covered in baby powder too. I still need to upload the pics from my waterproof camera. We also spent a few days in Phi Phi Islands which is seriously the BEST PLACE ON EARTH. They also had their own little version of the Full Moon Party which was lots of fun. Seriously, I loved it there. We went to Krabi for a few days after that, which isn’t a Phi Phi Island but it’s the Phi Phi district so it’s very similar. No roads, etc. Went rock climbing - real rock climbing! Explored caves, saw monkeys, etc etc.

Ok so, back to Europe. We finally got to actually spend a few days in London and we had a lot of fun - did Madame Tussaud’s, London Eye, saw Big Ben and Abbey Road, went to the movies, went to some pubs. Tried Fish and Chips which was sooo good. Very nice city.

Went back to Paris and saw the stuff we didn’t get to see first time around. Love it there too.

Then we went to Nice, France which isn’t so nice. The train ride was cool and very scenic and we got to see all parts of France.. the scenery was just like the little village in Beauty and the Beast lol.

Ok, so Nice. In Nice, we also visited Monte Carlo and Cannes. Honestly, this place looks JUST like Venice Beach in California. The only difference is, it’s filled with French assholes and you can’t have any fun unless you’re rich. A crepe and a coke cost almost $30. And yes..thats right I said it. French people are mean and rude! At least, a lot of them are. So this is one part of the trip I regret because we were here for a few days. It was cool to see once but never again. I’ll just go to California.

Thennn we spent 9 days in Italy which was so nice. The best food of the entire trip! We went to Venice, Florence, and Rome. We liked Venice the most. Rome the least. There was nothing special about Rome. I mean, if you’re going to Italy you gotta go to Rome to see the sights, but after that, well.. I wouldn’t go back. I’d go back to Venice and Florence. We also took a train for a day trip into Pisa to see the Leaning Tower.

Then I believe we went home. It was nice to be home for awhile. Well, it’s still nice, but I am having a little bit of trip nostalgia.

So now time for the next adventure… baby making! LOL we are workin’ on that one
