We have heard good things about the Singapore Zoo so that’s where we went today. Here’s what’s weird about this zoo, though- there’s two different zoos, one park next to the other … one is open during the day, like a normal zoo but the other one is open only at night, from 7:30pm to midnight. How cool is that? I don’t think there are other zoos that do that.

We went to the daytime zoo in the afternoon. They had all kinds of cool animals there. Once again, facebook pics are self explanatory (although as of right now, as I’m writing this, they haven’t been uploaded yet but they will be soon).

After dinner it was time to go to the nighttime zoo. First, we went on the nighttime safari. A safari at night. It was so spooky, lol. In fact, the entire zoo was spooky. It was in the middle of the forest, and it was so damn dark. There was spotlights on some of the animals so you can see them, but other than, totally dark. It was really neat, though, especially it was different types of animals..mostly nocturnal ones obviously..like hyenas, bats and owls. We left the night zoo at 10pm and headed back to the hotel.
