Day 16: Still in Hong Kong

We woke up kind of late today and decided to go check out the Hong Kong museum since it’s free on Wednesdays. It was a bit of a far walk since no subways go near that area but it’s always nice to walk around the city. The museum was a typical museum, interesting to see but nothing special. It was something to do and free. Tonight we are just taking it easy, we only have Thursday and Friday left (flying to Bangkok late Friday night) and we have a lot of stuff planned for these last two days.

Overall I am having a fun time here. There’s a lot to see and one week gives you plenty of time to see and do it all. The city is nice, it kind of reminds me of New York City just more..Chinese of course, lol and it’s a lot cleaner and safer, in fact it is considered to be one of the safest cities in the world. The people seem a lot nicer and the subway system actually makes sense, is pretty straight forward and simple, and really cheap. It makes me want to visit Tokyo, which I’d like to do one day but it’s not happening during this trip unfortunately.
