We finally got to Asia and it was a very long flight. We were too tired to really do anything but Hong Kong seems pretty cool. We did a lot of walking around and walked to the night market, where they had pretty much any designer knock off you could think of and everything was real cheap, but according to Joe it’s even better in Thailand so I’m going to wait to buy anything til we get there.

The weather here is much better than in Europe. 60’s during the day, 50’s at night so it’s still chilly but it feels good to not have to wear 100 layers of clothing and still be freezing. We also had some authentic Chinese food at some restaurant and it wasn’t bad, and very cheap. There’s also this little bakery near our hotel (there’s lots of these actually) and we bought lots of food for only a couple bucks. It all tasted very good but I think something made Joe sick because he was throwing up later on. He’s fine now though.
